- Click & Collect costs £1.99 for orders under £50. It is free for orders over £50. Delivery to your chosen store takes up to 3 working days. You receive a 9-digit Parcelforce tracking ID.
For Standard and Next Day delivery, if you are not home, the driver may leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a secure location, leaving a card to notify you. If they cannot deliver after 3 attempts, the parcel is returned to the TK Maxx warehouse.
TK Maxx delivers to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Delivery to these outlying areas may take longer. Next Day Delivery is only available for the UK mainland.
Returns and Exchanges
- TK Maxx allows exchanges within 28 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. Exchanges can only be done in physical TK Maxx stores.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags still attached. Opened or used items cannot be exchanged.
- Customised or hygiene sealed items cannot be exchanged unless faulty.
If your order arrives damaged, take it to a TK Maxx store with your despatch note for a refund. Alternatively, contact TK Maxx online with details and photos of the damage.
For faulty items, return to a store with despatch note so staff can assess the fault.
